General Terms & Conditions on international orders & shipments for products of the ArtStore "This & That"

That is to say for individual, exclusive single-unit productions of the herein offered products, with the themes of Manuela Engelhardt (ArtBoxMunich)

These general Terms & Conditions are valid for an individual order of an individual product with an exclusive theme/picture of Manuela Engelhardt.

Conclusion of the contract: The contract of purchase will become effectual after the individual, final (picture/design-) matching between Manuela Engelhardt and the buyer by a written order confirmation (e-mail).

Cancellation: As all products will individually be produced according to the buyer's instructions, these single units may not be cancelled.

Terms of payment:
Payment in advance to a German bank account being announced within the order confirmation.

Warranty for colour fastness:
On the part of the external supplier and myself, Manuela Engelhardt as the artist and seller, there cannot be given any guarantee in respect to a colour-fast reproduction of my paintings or for any quality loss that might occur during the compression of the photos of my paintings. Thus slight colour-variations do not present a reason for rejection.

Warranty for the product itself:
On the part of Manuela Engelhardt there cannot be provided any warranty to the product itself. Individual cases need to be examined separately.

Manufacturer's Data: The manufacturer's data in respect to material, processing, converting and quality of the single products are subject to change and shall serve as general background information only.

Copyright: The copyright on the pictures/themes will remain with Manuela Engelhardt.

Delivery/Shipment:
Delivery within Germany will be carried out by Hermes, as will international shipments into the following Countries: Belgium, Denmark (except Greenland, Faroe Islands), Estonia, Finland (except Aland), France (except overseas regions), United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (except overseas regions), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno, State of Vatican, San Marino), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands (except overseas regions), Austria, Poland, Portugal (except Azores, Madeira), Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Ceuta, El Hierro, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, La Gomera, Lanzarote, La Palma, Melilla, Tenerife), Czech Republic, Hungary.

• Attention in respect to delivery to the following countries: Liechtenstein, Switzerland. Hermes will collect possible customs duties, import/export duties from the recipients directly. If the recipient is not be willing to pay these fees, this would be understood as rejection of the delivery.

Shipping costs:
The shipping costs for smaller products will be € 6,90 flat per delivery within Germany and € 25,90 flat into above mentioned EU-Countries. Shipping costs for Liechtenstein and Switzerland are € 32,90 flat.

Shipment costs of deliveries to all those countries excluded, or not mentioned above will be calculated individually and forwarded to the buyer separately (before final order confirmation). Tolls, taxes, and other fees not indicated in the total price may apply to those international shipments.

Terms & time of delivery:
Depending on the country of destination, the sort of product and the external supplier, delivery time may range between 4-6 weeks, after receipt of your prepayment; In single cases even longer, e.g. if you order a handmade carpet. However in principle delivery will be made as quick as possible. Every buyer/customer will get an individual shipping-notice anyway.

Tolls, taxes, and other fees not indicated in the total price may apply to international shipments.
